3D Modeling

Mold Making
A master mold is created from the approved 3D model, forming the foundation for mass production.
Rubber Mold Cutting
The rubber mold is carefully cut open to release the wax model without distortion.
Wax Injection
Liquid wax is injected into the mold under controlled pressure to produce accurate wax replicas.
Wax Setting
Stones are pre-set into the wax model before casting, allowing for precise placement.
Wax Tree Assembly
Individual wax pieces are assembled onto a central wax stem, forming a tree for batch casting.
Investment Casting
The wax tree is encased in plaster and fired in a kiln — molten metal is then poured in to replace the wax.
Sprue Cutting
Cast metal pieces are carefully cut from the tree and prepared for finishing.
Sandblasting
High-pressure sandblasting removes surface impurities and creates a uniform matte texture.
Grinding
Excess metal and rough edges are ground down to refine the piece shape and surface.
Polishing
Hand and machine polishing brings the metal to a high-shine mirror finish.
Laser Engraving
Laser technology adds fine engravings, hallmarks, or custom branding with pinpoint accuracy.
Electroplating
